Role Description The Cluster Manager will oversee multiple retail stores within the State/City or multiple cities, ensuring consistent performance, customer experience, and brand standards across locations. This full-time, on-site role involves leading and mentoring store leaders, monitoring sales targets, analyzing store KPIs, and driving initiatives to improve footfall, conversion, and average transaction value.

Manager will coordinate visual merchandising and operational excellence, audit stores for compliance with company policies, and maintain high standards in inventory management and shrinkage control. The role requires close collaboration with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams to implement promotions, manage assortments,



and respond to local market trends.

Manager will also handle escalated customer issues, manage staffing and scheduling across stores, and support new store openings and expansion activities in the region.

Qualifications

- Robust retail operations and multi-store management skills, including experience with sales performance tracking and store audits.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, with experience in coaching, motivating, and developing diverse store teams.
- Competence in inventory control, merchandising, and demand planning within fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with interpreting reports, KPIs, and using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and handling customer escalations.
- Proficiency with retail technology systems (POS, ERP, reporting tools) and openness to tech-enabled processes.
- Prior experience as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or similar role in apparel, ethnic wear, or fashion retail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in multiple cities, travel between stores within the cluster, and flexibly manage weekends and peak seasons.
