What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Manager to lead our Key Alliances department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving business growth through collaborative efforts. The successful candidate will be able to foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and customer-centricity, while ensuring seamless execution of departmental objectives. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing key alliances, driving revenue growth, and maintaining solid relationships with stakeholders.

What does the job entail?

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and customers to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of cluster managers to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement business plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve departmental objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships,



joint ventures, and strategic collaborations.
- Manage and resolve conflicts, negotiate agreements, and make decisions that impact the department's performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental performance andmake data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, market, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and promote the company's interests.
