Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in the hotel and restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance, ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

- Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws

- Ensure timely payroll processing and attendance management

- Organize and coordinate training & development programs

- Support talent retention and employee engagement initiatives

- Maintain HR records and documentation accurately





- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

- Conduct exit interviews and process full & final settlements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 8 to 15 years of HR experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is mandatory

- Robust knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Proficiency in HR management systems
