Cluster Manager - Education / Pre school - Kolkata 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager with 510 years of experience in franchise expansion, with strong exposure to franchise sales and business partner acquisition. The ideal candidate is skilled in identifying expansion opportunities, presenting business proposals, negotiating with potential partners, and driving regional revenue. Strong networking, communication and presentation skills, along with extensive travel flexibility, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

1. Identifying potential business partners for expansion of Pre-School centres.
2. Identifying suitable locations and conducting city profiling for new centre openings.
3. Implementing and monitoring lead generation initiatives through marketing activities.
4. Conducting business presentations for potential business partners.
5. Evaluating prospect profiles for suitability as business partners.
6. Designing, implementing and facilitating marketing strategies for partner acquisition.
7. Driving revenue and profitability targets across the assigned region.
8. Monitoring market intelligence and industry developments within the assigned region.
9. Ensuring adherence to applicable legal norms and procedures.

Requirements

1. Holding a Management Graduate/Post Graduate qualification in Marketing or Operations.
2. Bringing 4+ years of experience in franchise expansion.
3. Having a minimum of 3 years of hardcore franchise sales experience, preferably in institutional education or a similar capacity.
4.



Demonstrating strong knowledge of the assigned geographic regions.
5. Possessing strong communication, networking and presentation skills.
6. Demonstrating the ability to influence, convince and negotiate with potential business partners.
7. Being willing to travel extensively as required by the role.
8. Demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
