We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster Head – IVF to oversee the performance and operations of multiple IVF centres within an assigned cluster.
The role will be responsible for business growth, revenue, patient conversions, operational efficiency, team performance, patient experience and overall centre profitability while ensuring adherence to clinical and organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Cluster Operations
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of multiple IVF centres.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Monitor centre performance and identify operational gaps.
- Ensure implementation of corporate SOPs, policies and processes across all centres.
- Conduct regular centre visits and operational reviews.
2. Business Growth & Revenue
- Take ownership of cluster-level revenue and business targets.
- Develop strategies to increase patient footfall, consultations and IVF treatment conversions.
- Monitor centre-wise revenue, collections and profitability.
- Identify recent referral channels and business opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to improve lead generation and conversions.
3. IVF Patient Conversion
- Monitor the complete patient journey from lead → consultation → counselling → treatment → IVF cycle.
- Analyse conversion ratios and identify reasons for drop-offs.
- Work with IVF counsellors and centre teams to improve treatment conversions.
- Monitor follow-up processes for prospective and existing patients.
4. Centre Performance Management
Review centre-wise KPIs including:
- Patient footfall
- New consultations
- IVF conversions
- IVF cycles
- Revenue
- Collections
- Average revenue per patient
- Referral business
- Marketing ROI
- Patient satisfaction
- Centre profitability
Prepare regular cluster performance reports and action plans for management.
- Team Management
- Lead Centre Heads and other operational teams within the cluster.
- Set clear targets and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment with HR.
- Support training and development of centre teams.
- Build a high-performance, accountable and patient-centric culture.
6. Doctor & Clinical Coordination
- Maintain effective coordination with IVF consultants and clinical teams.
- Ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of consultations, scans, procedures and IVF cycles.
- Identify operational issues affecting clinical productivity and resolve them in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Ensure business objectives never compromise clinical quality or patient safety.
7. Patient Experience
- Monitor patient satisfaction across all centres.
- Review complaints, feedback and escalations.
- Ensure timely resolution of patient concerns.
- Implement initiatives to improve patient retention and overall treatment experience.
8. Financial & Cost Management
- Monitor centre-wise expenses and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising quality.
- Monitor outstanding collections and revenue leakage.
- Review centre budgets and financial performance.
- Coordinate with Finance for monthly MIS and financial reviews.
9. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with organisational SOPs and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with Quality/NABH teams where applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness and patient safety practices.
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA/Healthcare Management qualification will be an advantage.
Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in healthcare/hospital/IVF operations.
- Experience managing multiple centres or a regional/cluster operation preferred.
- Strong IVF/Fertility industry experience will be highly preferred.
