About The Job:

- This Senior Solutions Architect role requires deep expertise in driving enterprise architecture, modernizing applications, and leading technical evaluations within Agile environments.

Scope of Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end solution design activities spanning application, cloud, integration, and infrastructure domains.

- Independently draft, develop, and manage comprehensive architectural documentation from scratch.

- Perform rigorous architecture governance and design reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards across key initiatives.

- Drive and enforce architectural best practices across engineering teams operating in Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).

- Lead technical vendor and product evaluations by defining selection criteria, analyzing multiple vendors, and executing hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate capabilities.

Essential Job Functions:

Application & Cloud Architecture:

- Extensive expertise in application modernization and building scalable cloud architectures, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure.

- Microservices & Integration:

- Deep practical knowledge of Microservices, API Architecture, and complex Integration Architecture to bridge legacy and modern systems.

- DevSecOps & CI/CD:

- Proven ability to embed security practices and automated CI/CD pipelines directly into foundational architectural designs.

- Design Tooling: Hands-on




- proficiency with industry-standard architecture modeling and design tools (e.g., Visio, Sparx EA, Lucidchart, or Draw.io) to visually communicate complex system blueprints.

Required Experience &

Qualifications

- 8+ years of dedicated,

- hands-on experience in preparing both High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).

- Demonstrated capability to clearly articulate and apply the distinct functions of an HLD (broad system architecture, data flow, platform selection) versus
- an LLD (granular component logic, database schemas, API specifications).

- Proven track record of independently designing full-stack solutions without relying solely on existing templates.

- Documented history of participating in multiple formal vendor evaluations, backed by technical PoCs.

- Strong practical experience integrating architectural governance into iterative, Agile-based project delivery models (Scrum and/or Kanban).

Must have

- Strong communication skills with clarity, confidence, and the ability to articulate technical and functional concepts effectively.

- Sound process knowledge with practical understanding and ability to apply standard processes in real-world scenarios.

- Strong technical fundamentals and hands-on proficiency in areas relevant to the role.

- Good technical documentation skills, including experience in preparing, maintaining, and explaining technical/process documentation.

- Relevant BFSI experience, with the ability to relate prior experience to practical banking and financial-services scenarios.





- Positive banking domain knowledge and understanding of key BFSI concepts, processes, and terminology.

- Practical, scenario-based problem-solving ability, rather than only theoretical understanding.

- Overall expectation: A well-rounded candidate combining technical capability, BFSI domain knowledge, process orientation, and effective communication
