As the Cloud Platform Owner, the candidate will manage the end-to-end cloud platform across development, staging, and production environments for EnSoftek's DrCloudEHR V3 platform. The candidate will have full ownership of everything below the application code: the AWS account, the Terraform architecture, the CI/CD pipelines, and the HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance posture.This is a hands-on Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) + DevOps + light SRE role with true compliance ownership, not a console-clicking AWS administrator position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Infrastructure Skills: Solid expertise in cloud platform management, networking fundamentals, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Programming & Development: Ability to build automation tools, manage CI/CD workflows, and write integration scripts.
- Troubleshooting: Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving complex issues in distributed systems, environments, and deployments.
- Databases: Practical knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases, alongside performance optimization experience in cloud environments.
- Cloud & Containerization: Required experience with major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Observability & Security: Required familiarity with monitoring,



logging, and observability tools, alongside security and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.

About the Product: DrCloudEHR V3 is a multi-tenant behavioral-health Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. It handles Protected Health Information (PHI) for provider organizations across multiple US states. Its strict certification baseline HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, ONC •170.315, and WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508 serves as an active procurement gate, not a compliance checkbox.

Because clinicians cannot document care and patients cannot be seen if our systems fail, reliability and compliance are treated as direct patient-safety concerns.
