- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, ensuring effective management of critically ill patients.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams as needed.
- Conduct regular rounds, assess patient progress, and update medical records accurately and timely.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce morbidity.
Job Requirements :
- 6-20 years of experience as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Infection Control Nurse & Nurse Educator .
- Robust clinical training with expertise in critical care medicine.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. B.Sc. Nursing is Mandatory.
