- Staff Supervision & Scheduling: Manage duty rosters, assign patient loads, and supervise nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
- Operational & Resource Management: Monitor supply inventory, ensure clinic equipment is maintained, and optimize daily appointment scheduling.
- Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Enforce compliance with health laws, safety protocols, HIPAA, and institutional policies. Lead audit readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as the primary point of communication between physicians, allied health professionals, insurance teams, and external healthcare providers.
