Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and hands-on Clinic Operations Manager to lead daily clinical operations, patient flow, administrative teams, and facility coordination. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between medical consultants, administrative staff, front desk coordinators, and pharmacy/diagnostic inventory to ensure exceptional patient experiences and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day hospital operations, OPD clinic schedules, and IPD/maternity admissions.
- Lead front-office staff, patient relationship executives, and duty coordinators to minimize patient wait times.
- Coordinate duty rosters and attendance for Resident Medical Officers (RMOs), nursing staff, and technical technicians.
- Monitor pharmacy dispensing workflows,



diagnostic test turnarounds, and daily billing/cash settlements.
- Drive patient retention, oversee WhatsApp/CRM lead responses, and resolve patient complaints with empathy and speed.
- Maintain strict standards of hospital hygiene, biomedical waste handling, and facility maintenance.
- Report daily operational metrics, census counts, and revenue collections directly to executive management.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Hospital Management, MBA, or equivalent experience.
- 3–7 years of proven operational management experience in a hospital, maternity nursing home, or large multi-specialty clinic setup.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and staff management skills.
- Hands-on proficiency with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), billing software, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication in Urdu/Hindi and Telugu; working proficiency in English.
