- Lead the Team – Manage staff, schedules, performance and coordination.
- Manage Operations – Ensure smooth and productive day-to-day clinic functioning.
- Coordinate Patient Care – Streamline appointments, patient flow and doctor coordination.
- Oversee Administration – Manage records, billing, reporting and daily administration.
- Drive Growth – Improve service utilisation, revenue and patient conversions.
- Manage Vendors – Coordinate supplies, facilities, maintenance and external vendors.
- Enhance Patient Experience – Monitor feedback and continuously improve service quality.
- Implement SOPs – Establish systems, processes and quality standards across the clinic.
- Coordinate Marketing – Support campaigns, health camps and outreach activities.




- Report to Management – Track performance and provide regular operational updates.
- Scaling - Scale up the growth of every department and grow in turn.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
