Position Details

- Role: Client Relationship Officer (Voice Process)

Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Shift Timings: Night Shifts

Experience: 0–3 years (Fresher’s with excellent communication skills can apply)

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding ongoing requests, service updates, and feedback.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Handle customer objections, complaints, and escalations professionally while ensuring prompt resolution.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and contribute to client retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, communications, and activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).




- Prepare daily activity reports and complete assigned tasks as directed by the Reporting Manager.
- Stay updated on company services, processes, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Customer Support / Client Servicing / Sales (BPO/KPO experience preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English, clear accent, pleasant tone, and active listening skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts.
