About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our recruitment and manpower solutions team in Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting clients in Dubai and other international markets, understanding their manpower requirements, introducing our recruitment services, and developing strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make professional calls to clients in Dubai and other countries.
- Contact companies and HR/procurement representatives to understand their manpower requirements.
- Explain our recruitment and manpower services.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain client information and daily call/follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding client requirements.
- Arrange meetings and discussions with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly business development and client-contact targets.

Requirements
- Good English communication and speaking skills.
- Confident and professional on phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp,



email and internet.
- Good communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, business development, recruitment, or international client handling will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
