Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, provide timely assistance, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely assistance.
- Handle client queries, requests, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues within the required timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, complaints, requests, and resolutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns.
- Collect and document client feedback and communicate relevant issues to management.
- Support clients with documentation, updates, and other CRM-related requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in CRM, Client Relationship Management, Customer Service,



or Customer Support preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Professional, patient, and customer-oriented approach.
- Valuable/Advanced knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
