This is a high-ownership, client-facing RPO role where you will be deployed at the client location and responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end. The role requires strong stakeholder management, ownership, and the ability to drive hiring closures in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to closure.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and urgency.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the primary hiring SPOC.
- Drive quality candidate pipelines and ensure consistent closures.
- Maintain quick turnaround times (TAT)
and recruitment process efficiency.
- Maintain ATS updates, reports, trackers, and overall process hygiene.
- Proactively identify and resolve hiring challenges.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an Agency/RPO environment.
- Robust experience in client-facing or on-site recruitment roles.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and demanding stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
