Role Description The Client Executive role at Expecurist is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships, understanding client objectives, and translating them into impactful experiential program briefs.

The Client

Executive will oversee project delivery in collaboration with internal teams, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and proactively identify opportunities for account growth. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating timelines and deliverables, and monitoring project performance against agreed outcomes.



The role also involves close consultation with clients on strategic direction, maintaining accurate account documentation, and representing Expecurist’s values of precision, intention, and care in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong account management and client relationship management skills, with experience handling enterprise or executive-level accounts.
- Demonstrated sales and business development abilities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Consulting and advisory skills to translate client objectives into effective experiential strategies and programs.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written communication, confident presentation abilities, and effective stakeholder management.
- Proven focus on customer satisfaction, with a track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations and managing feedback constructively.
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, exhibitions and working with senior executive audiences is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work remotely, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
