We are hiring for Client billing for our Nodia, Project.

:

- Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.

- Preparation and Certification of RA bills.

- Responsible for verification of certified RA bills

- Identification and preparation of extra -items.

- Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.

- Estimating and costing

- Rate Analysis

- Follow up on payments and ensure timely receipt from clients.

- Maintain documentation related to billing, work orders, and approvals.

- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for accurate billing

- Monitor project costs and ensure billing aligns with budget and work progress

- Preparation and reconciliation of monthly running bills, final bills, and measurement books

- Prepare and review client and subcontractor bills based on work progress at site.

- Verification of quantities and measurements from drawings and site.
