About the Role

Sourcelink Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and confident Client Acquisition Executives to join our growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in business development, sales, client handling, and recruitment services.

Candidates from any educational background are welcome. Prior experience is not mandatory. Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential corporate clients who have hiring requirements.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, and other channels.
- Communicate with HR Managers, Business Owners, and decision-makers to understand their recruitment requirements.
- Explain and promote the company's recruitment and staffing services.
- Schedule meetings and discussions with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with clients.




- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal recruitment team.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and client interactions.
- Achieve assigned monthly business development and client acquisition targets.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates from any educational background can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
