Founded in 2013 by Pujya Devi Chitralekha Ji, Gau Seva Dham by World Sankirtan Tour Trust is dedicated to saving and serving Gau Mata and helpless animals. Situated in Hodal, Palwal District, Haryana, the NGO operates under the World Sankirtan Tour Trust, providing free medical treatment, food, and shelter to stray and injured cows.

To address this urgent need, Gau Seva Dham by World Sankirtan Tour Trust is building India’s first ultra-modern, multi-story animal hospital, setting a new standard in veterinary care. The foundation for this ten-story hospital was laid by the Hon’ble Ex Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri Manohar Lal Khattar, under the guidance of Devi Chitralekhaji.

for Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage the construction and expansion of hospital and healthcare facilities. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with medical planners, contractors, and consultants, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.The candidate will be responsible for maintaining construction quality and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision:



Oversee daily construction activities to ensure the work follows the approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Healthcare Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to specialized hospital requirements, such as medical gas pipeline routing, radiation shielding (X-ray/MRI rooms), and cleanroom standards.Conduct regular quality checks of raw materials and structural work to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Safety & Infection Control: Follow strict on-site safety procedures and maintain effective dust and infection control measures, especially when construction is carried out near active medical areas.
- Monitor construction progress :Track project milestones, coordinate material procurement, and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager.
- Site Logs :Maintain accurate site logs, work measurement sheets, and compliance records.

Qualification & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Min 5 years of site execution experience, preferably within Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Large-scale commercial infrastructure.
- Solid problem-solving abilities, communication, and multi-agency coordination.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
