We are looking for a proactive and responsible Purchase Executive for our civil team to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material purchasing. The candidate should be willing to travel locally and out station for market visits, vendor meetings, and material follow‐ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day‐to‐day purchase and procurement activities
- Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
- Conduct local market visits for sourcing and follow‐ups
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements
- Monitor inventory and reorder materials as needed
