Position : Civil Site Engineer (Contractual Job)

Experience: 3 to 6 yrs

Location: Noida

Role Overview:

A civil site engineer manages daily in office construction activities, turning architectural plans into real structures while keeping work safe, correct, and on schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Site Supervision and Execution: Oversee daily construction work, set out lines and levels, and check that workers follow structural and architectural drawings.

Ø Quality Control: Inspect materials like cement, steel, and sand, test concrete strength before pouring, and ensure work meets industry standards.

Ø Safety Management: Enforce health and safety rules, check that workers wear protective gear, and keep the site clean and secure.

Ø Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track daily or weekly progress, note any delays, and write site logs or status reports for managers and clients.

Ø Coordination and Problem Solving: Communicate with contractors, fix technical issues on the spot, and order raw materials as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven working experience in civil engineering- commercial building construction
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
- Project management and supervision skills
- License of professional engineer
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
