- Study architectural, structural, and civil drawings.

- Calculate quantities for excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, etc.

- Prepare detailed Quantity Take-Off (QTO) sheets

- Prepare detailed BOQs based on drawings and specifications.

- Define item descriptions, units, quantities, and applicable specifications.

- Check BOQs received from clients/consultants for quantity discrepancies.

- Prepare detailed project cost estimates.

- Calculate material, labour, equipment, subcontractor, and other construction costs.

- Include wastage, overheads, contingencies, and applicable taxes as required.

Pay: ₹10,890.30 - ₹22,000.00 per month
