Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Quantity take-offs & BOQ preparation
- Review architectural drawings, specifications & bid documents
- Prepare accurate cost estimates & proposals
- Analyze material and labour costs
- Maintain estimation & bid records
Requirements:
- Robust MS Excel skills
- Ability to read architectural plans/drawings
- Estimation experience in commercial construction
- Experience with 2020 / PlanSwift is an advantage
- Field experience is not mandatory
