Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations for ongoing building/infrastructure projects in Etah, UP . The candidate will manage site execution, coordinate labor and subcontractors, ensure adherence to structural drawings, maintain material records, and enforce site safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities (earthwork, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing works) strictly according to approved structural drawings.
- Layout & Setting Out: Mark accurate grid lines, centerlines, and levels using leveling instruments (Auto Level / Total Station).
- Material & Inventory Management: Monitor inbound materials (cement, steel, aggregates, bricks, etc.), conduct slump tests/cube casting, verify quality, and manage reconciliation to minimize wastage.
- Workforce & Subcontractor Coordination: Manage daily site labor allocations, oversee sub-contractors,



and ensure work schedules align with project milestones.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), track labor turnout, record weather/delay logs, and report issues directly to the Project Manager.
- Safety & Quality Compliance: Enforce quality standards (concrete curing, compaction, cover blocks) and site safety protocols for workers.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on on-site execution experience (commercial, institutional, residential, or government contract projects).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural AutoCAD drawings.
- Practical knowledge of leveling instruments (Auto Level is mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for DPR, material tracking, and measurement sheets.
- Thorough understanding of concrete mix grades, reinforcement placement, and shuttering inspection.
- Communication & Location:
- Fluency in Hindi; functional working English for technical drawings and email/WhatsApp reporting.
- Must be comfortable working full time on-site in Etah, UP.
