Job Summary

SS Hyundai, Mavelikara, is looking for an experienced and responsible Claims Coordinator to manage motor insurance claims and coordinate with customers, insurance companies, surveyors, and the workshop team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely processing of insurance claims from registration through final settlement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end motor insurance claim processing.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for vehicle inspections and claim approvals.
- Verify insurance policy details and required claim documents.
- Prepare and submit estimates, photographs, claim forms, and supporting documents.
- Follow up on pending approvals, queries, supplements, and claim settlements.
- Coordinate closely with the Bodyshop Manager, Service Advisors, technicians, customers, surveyors, and insurance representatives.
- Keep customers informed about claim status and repair progress.
- Ensure timely processing of cashless and reimbursement claims.
- Maintain accurate claim records, pending claim reports, and MIS.
- Monitor claim turnaround time and ensure timely closure.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and claim-related issues.




- Ensure compliance with insurance company procedures and dealership processes.
- Support the bodyshop team in achieving timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in motor insurance claims, automobile dealerships, bodyshops, or authorized service centres.
- Knowledge of motor insurance claim procedures is preferred.
- Experience in coordinating with insurance companies and surveyors will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple claims and work within deadlines.
- Automobile/bodyshop experience will be preferred.

Education

Any Degree / Diploma

Candidates with relevant automobile or insurance claims experience will be preferred.
