Job Summary

Hiring Civil Site Engineers to independently manage site execution for residential and commercial building projects, including G+7 structures.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities and site execution.
- Ensure work is as per structural/architectural drawings, quality standards and schedule.
- Coordinate contractors, labour, vendors and project team.
- Monitor materials, workmanship, safety and site progress.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material requirements and site measurements.
- Assist with BBS, quantity take-off, estimation and basic billing.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC, footing, columns, beams, slabs, brickwork, plastering and finishing.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of BBS, quantity estimation and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities.
