We believe a large part of India’s economy is locked in unused capacity — empty rooms, idle machinery, underutilized services. Ubayog’s mission is to unlock this value and create new income opportunities at scale, starting city by city.

We are currently expanding our city operations, with Coimbatore as a key focus market.

Role: City Operations Executive – Coimbatore

This is a field + execution-focused role responsible for building Ubayog’s presence in Coimbatore.

You will work directly with asset owners, service providers, and users to onboard them onto the platform and grow the local Ubayog community.

This role suits candidates who enjoy on-ground work, ownership, and accountability, and who want to grow with a startup from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard local asset owners and service providers (real estate, tools, machinery, vehicles, services, etc.)
- Help owners list their resources on Ubayog (simple phone-based onboarding)
- Onboard and activate local users
- Build and manage the Ubayog Coimbatore WhatsApp community
- Execute local activations in apartments, markets, and business areas
- Track and report daily and monthly outputs (listings, users,



engagement)

Qualifications & Skills:

- Based in or near Coimbatore
- Comfortable with field-based work and local travel
- Strong communication skills (Tamil required; English a plus)
- Basic smartphone and app usage skills
- Prior experience in field sales, operations, business development, or community building is a plus (not mandatory)
- Self-driven, accountable, and execution-focused mindset

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Variable Pay: Performance-based incentives linked to:

- New listings onboarded
- High-value resource onboarding
- Successful transactions & active providers
