Urgent Requirement of Civil Billing Verification Engineer for Jhagadiya -Bharuch -Gujarat.

BE -Mechanical/ Diploma with minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in in Billing Certification- relevant experience in greenfield project

Overall Scope & Approach – CIVIL The following points will be covered in bill verification.

Joint measurement record (JMR) for the hidden, modification, dismantling, and not visible works will be taken along with the audit member before the execution of the work. The said original JMRs will be attached with the bill and on the basis of the same the bill will be verified.

The measurement sheets attached along with the abstract will be verified as per the works executed with respect to the drawing, JMR and on physical verifications of measurements at site (the physical verification will be on random/need basis).

The abstract will be verified with respect to the quantity claimed, The rate will be certified with respect to the work executed as per the specification, quality norms if the quality norms are not maintained as per the contract the rate will be reduced or payment will be kept under hold till the clearance.

The bill will be checked along with the all quality document maintained as per the contract. The following quality documents will be required/checked along with RA bills for quantity claimed.

a. Natural Ground Level (NGL), finish level records. PCC top, RCC top etc.,

b. Material test certificate (MTC) of the agency's material.

c.



Third party test certificate of the agency's material.

d. RCC Pour card e. Batch report of RMC f. Number of cubes taken.

g. Cube strength h. Slump register.

i. Checklist of various activities like anti termite, backfilling, plaster, brick work etc.,

j. Compaction test register.

k. DFT register l. Non-conformance report (NCR) log to be verified for the activities claimed, on the said report the quantity will be released.

m. Physical inspection of activities claimed

Periodical physical verification of stock of FOC materials along with client & agency. Audit of data relating to receipt and issue of all free of cost materials & its reconciliation.

To review allowable wastage for FOC materials as per standards & reconcile the wastage so as to calculate the recovery against additional wastage (if any).

Audit the extra item: Verifying the need and its rate analysis prepared by agency & examined by client.

Verification of applicable insurance policy as per contract conditions & government rules.

Verification of earth balancing statements and discuss the same with the client about discrepancies, if any.

Comparative statement for variance, i.e. Changes/modification/addition & alteration from the drawings.

Mode of measurement: In absence of the mode of measurement in the tender, the latest IS will be followed.

To prepare observation reports for the bills verified.

To check the compliances received against audit observation and certifying and stamping the bill.
