Role/Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 12–15 years of experience delivering complex technical/infrastructure projects in enterprise environments. The role requires end-to-end ownership of project delivery, including managing multiple parallel workstreams, leading teams of approximately 30-35 members, managing stakeholders, risks, dependencies, resources, and productivity metrics, and ensuring successful delivery. The candidate will work in a hybrid model from Pune and should have an AI-oriented mindset, strong client-facing capabilities, and the potential to contribute toward eventual project billing/revenue ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end project management and delivery, from planning and initiation through execution, governance, stakeholder management, and successful closure.

Manage multiple parallel project workstreams simultaneously, ensuring each tracks against defined timelines, scope, milestones, quality, and delivery objectives.

Lead and manage project teams of approximately 15–20 members, including project coordinators, technical leads, and other delivery resources.

Provide day-to-day direction, mentorship, coordination, performance management, and delivery accountability to the project team.

Manage team productivity metrics, utilization, performance indicators, delivery efficiency, and resource effectiveness.

Own stakeholder relationships across client organizations and internal leadership, maintaining solid relationships from working-level teams through senior/executive stakeholders.

Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, resource constraints, and delivery progress clearly and confidently.

Identify, track, manage, and mitigate project risks and cross-team dependencies across large-scale distributed environments.

Plan, monitor, and report project progress, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, productivity, and overall delivery health.

Provide executive-level visibility through dashboards, reports, governance updates, and project reviews where required.

Facilitate project ceremonies, governance checkpoints, steering meetings, and client reviews.

Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Ensure effective coordination across distributed teams and multiple time zones.

Champion the use of AI-driven tools within project delivery and identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, decision-making, productivity, and overall delivery efficiency.





Support pre-sales activities alongside business development teams, including client discovery, project scoping, effort estimation, proposal preparation, solution scoping, and client-facing presentations.

Contribute to the commercial/billing objective of projects, with the expectation that the role can eventually take ownership or accountability toward billing/revenue generation.

Work closely with internal business and delivery leadership to ensure projects remain commercially viable while meeting client expectations.

Must-Have Skills:

12–15 years of overall experience in Project Management, with significant experience in complex technical/infrastructure project delivery.

Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery in enterprise environments.

Strong experience managing multiple parallel workstreams with competing priorities.

Experience managing teams of approximately 30+ members with accountability for performance, coordination, productivity, and delivery.

Strong team leadership, people management, mentoring, and delivery management capabilities.

Strong experience in stakeholder management, including engagement with senior client leadership and internal executives.

Strong project planning, tracking, risk management, dependency management, resource management, and reporting skills.

Experience managing and reporting team/project productivity metrics and delivery performance.

Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.

Strong English communication skills across meetings, stakeholder discussions, status updates, presentations, and written reporting.

Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and distributed teams.

Strong problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and proactive delivery-management skills.

AI-oriented mindset, with demonstrated interest in exploring or applying AI tools to improve project reporting, forecasting, productivity, decision-making, and delivery efficiency.

Ability and willingness to work toward commercial/billing ownership or contribution over time.

Pune location is mandatory,



with willingness to work in a hybrid office model and collaborate with teams from the office.

Good-to-Have Skills:

IT Networking domain experience

Pre-sales experience, including client discovery, proposal preparation, project scoping, effort estimation, or solution scoping.

Experience participating in client-facing presentations alongside business development teams.

Experience with commercial aspects of project delivery, billing, revenue management, or account growth.

Experience supporting executive-level governance and steering committee reviews.

Experience working in large-scale, complex, distributed enterprise environments.

Experience using AI-driven tools to improve project delivery, reporting, forecasting, productivity, or decision-making.

Experience managing delivery KPIs, utilization, productivity, resource efficiency, and team performance metrics.

Experience Required:

12–15 years of overall professional experience.

Significant experience in technical/infrastructure project management within enterprise environments.

Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and management of multiple concurrent workstreams.

Experience managing teams of approximately 15–20 members.

Experience with senior stakeholder management, project governance, productivity management, and distributed team coordination.

Any Other Important Notes:

Pune is mandatory - candidates must be based in or willing to work from Pune.

Role requiring regular collaboration with project teams and US stakeholders from the office.

Strong English communication is mandatory for client meetings, presentations, stakeholder interactions, status reporting, and written communication.

Candidate should be comfortable working across multiple time zones and with distributed teams.

This is an end-to-end delivery ownership role, not limited to project coordination or status reporting.

Managing a team of approximately 15–20 people is an important requirement.

Candidate will be expected to track and manage productivity metrics and team performance in addition to standard project KPIs.

Regular interaction with client stakeholders and senior leadership is expected.

AI adoption is encouraged, with the expectation that the candidate actively identifies opportunities to leverage AI for project reporting, forecasting, productivity, and decision-making.

Pre-sales experience is preferred, particularly in discovery, estimation, scoping, proposals, solution discussions, and client-facing presentations.
