Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the 100+ member India SD-WAN team, with accountability for delivery, performance, coordination, and team development.

Collaborate closely with distributed teams across Poland and Ukraine, working effectively across multiple time zones.

Manage multiple parallel project/workstreams against scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Lead project coordinators, technical leads, and Staff Augmentation/MS teams, providing direction, mentorship, and delivery accountability.

Own stakeholder relationships across clients and internal leadership, including executive-level communication and reporting.

Drive program governance, project reviews, status reporting, risk/issue management, and dependency tracking.

Identify opportunities to use AI-driven tools to improve delivery efficiency, reporting, forecasting, automation, and decision-making.

Facilitate project ceremonies, governance checkpoints, steering meetings, and client reviews.

Support pre-sales activities, including discovery, project scoping, effort estimation, proposals, and client presentations.

Must-Have Skills:

15–20 years of experience in Program/Project Management.

Proven experience delivering complex technical, infrastructure, networking, or enterprise projects.

Strong experience managing large and distributed teams.

Experience managing Staff Augmentation/MS teams with delivery accountability.

Experience managing India teams and collaborating with global teams, preferably Poland and Ukraine.





Strong stakeholder management skills, from working-level teams to senior client leadership.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities.

Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

AI understanding is mandatory with practical awareness of AI applications in project

Good-to-Have Skills:

Strong experience in enterprise networking / infrastructure.

Pre-sales experience involving client discovery, project scoping, estimation, proposals, or client presentations.

Experience driving AI adoption/automation in project delivery.

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications.

Experience with large-scale enterprise networking transformation programs.

Experience Required

15–18 years overall experience, with significant Program/Project Management experience.

Proven track record of managing 100+ member technical teams and multiple parallel workstreams.

Solid people leadership experience across India and global distributed teams.

Experience managing Staff Augmentation/MS teams with delivery accountability.

Robust client-facing, stakeholder management, and executive reporting experience.

Exposure to AI-enabled project/program management practices.

Any Other Important Notes

Pune location is mandatory.

Must be comfortable managing the complete 100+ member team and collaborating with Poland + Ukraine teams.

Pre-sales experience is a strong advantage.
