Job Details :

- Job Title: Field Service Engineer
- Designation : Manager
- Location: Delhi
- Work Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Qualification: Any Engineering background

Key Responsibilities :

- Installation & Commissioning: Install current medical devices, ensuring proper functionality, calibration, and testing according to manufacturer specifications.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (PM) to prevent breakdowns and conduct repairs on malfunctioning devices.
- Customer Support & Training: Provide technical training to healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, technicians) on ease of using devices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance, repair, and installation activities strictly comply with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP).
- Troubleshooting & Emergency Calls: Respond promptly to on-site technical service calls,



including urgent emergency breakdowns, within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Collaboration & Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to secure service contracts (AMC/CMC)

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in servicing medical / surgical devices or diagnostics products.

- Skills:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electronic, software).
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently, often under pressure in clinical environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
- Other: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
