Role Description:

The Circle O&M; - Field Support Engineer is a full-time field-based role with openings across multiple locations in North East India.

*Candidates applying for this position should be flexible to work from any location within the North East region, based on business requirements.

The role is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, reliability, and availability of telecom infrastructure sites. The incumbent will monitor network infrastructure performance, execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and coordinate with field teams to resolve site issues in a timely manner.

The position involves troubleshooting electrical systems and telecom equipment, driving adherence to safety and compliance standards, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders,



and telecom operator partners. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high network uptime, service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the circle operations.

Qualifications:

- Strong technical knowledge of troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance in telecom or electrical infrastructure environments.
- Practical exposure to Electrical Engineering principles, power systems, and maintenance management practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills to effectively engage with field teams, vendors, and telecom operator representatives.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, maintenance applications, and reporting systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in telecom infrastructure operations, field support, network maintenance, or similar O&M; roles will be preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively, work at field locations, and manage operational priorities under time-sensitive conditions.
- Awareness of safety regulations, statutory compliance requirements, and sustainable infrastructure management practices.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with a robust focus on operational excellence, service reliability, and customer satisfaction.
