- Welcome and assist customers in a polite and qualified manner.
- Check tickets and guide customers to the correct auditorium/seats.
- Assist customers with queries related to shows, seats, facilities, and timings.
- Monitor the auditorium and ensure proper customer discipline.
- Support entry and exit management during show timings.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of assigned areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other cinema staff.
- Report any customer complaints, incidents, or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Assist during show start/end and manage crowd movement.
- Follow all cinema safety, security, and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
