Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for leading SB Nexa Global’s overall technology vision, strategy, and execution. This role oversees the end-to-end technology roadmap, aligning software and product development initiatives with business objectives and client needs. The CTO will guide architecture decisions, establish technology standards, and ensure robust governance, security, and scalability across platforms and solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing engineering and technology teams, coordinating cross-functional projects, prioritizing feature and product enhancements,



and driving innovation in IT consulting and digital transformation offerings. The CTO will also collaborate closely with executive leadership, clients, and partners to evaluate emerging technologies, support pre-sales and solution design, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technology initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Software Development and Product Development, including leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering scalable solutions.
- Strong Project Management experience with a track record of overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Deep proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, with the ability to define technology roadmaps, enterprise architectures, and standards aligned with business goals.
- Proven ability to integrate technology leadership across consulting, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions, ideally within IT & ITES or related industries.
- Extensive experience in senior technology leadership roles (e.g., CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology) with responsibility for budgets, governance, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience driving innovation, adopting emerging technologies, and implementing best practices in security, quality assurance, and delivery excellence.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in architecture, project management, or cloud technologies are an advantage.
