Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer role based in Hyderabad.

The Chief Financial

Officer will lead the finance function, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, reviewing financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and managing cash flow and capital allocation. The role involves partnering with senior leadership to evaluate investments, drive cost optimization,



and support growth initiatives across technology and infrastructure projects.

The Chief Financial

Officer will also manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions, while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with experience in corporate finance management and financial strategy.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting and long-term financial modeling.
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and present performance insights to leadership.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating business cases, investments, risks, and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in technology, IT services, or infrastructure sectors.
- Professional qualifications such as CA,in Finance from a recognized institution.
- Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
- Ability to lead and develop finance teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
