Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially oriented Chief Financial Officer to lead Finance, Strategy and Commercial functions for a growing manufacturing organization. The role will play a key part in driving financial performance and leading the organization's 24-30 month IPO readiness journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Finance, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, working capital, banking and capital allocation.
- Drive and monitor Revenue, EBITDA, PAT, ROCE, cash flow, debt and working-capital targets.
- Lead the IPO readiness programme, including financial preparedness, controls, governance and investor readiness.
- Manage financial due diligence, data-room preparation and transaction-related financial activities.
- Coordinate with investment bankers, IPO advisors, legal counsel, auditors, CS and tax/transaction consultants.
- Support PE/M&A;/fundraising activities and evaluate strategic financial opportunities.




- Prepare financial presentations and reports for the Board, investors, bankers and other stakeholders.
- Strengthen financial controls, MIS and governance frameworks to support institutional investor readiness.

Candidate Profile

- CA qualified with 1520 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in manufacturing / industrial manufacturing.
- Proven exposure to IPO / Pre-IPO, financial due diligence, PE, M&A; or fundraising.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, working capital, cash flow, financial planning and business strategy.
- Experience with listed companies or organizations preparing for listing will be an advantage.
- Solid stakeholder management and investor-facing experience.
- Should be commercially and strategically oriented, with the ability to contribute beyond traditional accounting and controllership.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing Steel / Metals / Engineering / Industrial Manufacturing.
