Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic, financial, and operational leadership for TSR Instruments and Solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves setting the company vision, driving business growth, and ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, sales, and customer service. The CEO will oversee budgeting and financial performance, manage key partnerships, and guide business planning and industrial automation initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading senior leadership teams, making data-informed decisions, ensuring compliance with ISO standards,



and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. The CEO will also represent the company to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, while identifying current market opportunities and long-term strategic priorities.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management.
- Proven Operations Management experience, with a focus on process optimization and quality assurance.
- Business Planning and Strategic Planning capabilities to set and execute long-term growth strategies.
- Sales and business development experience, including client relationship management and market expansion.
- Experience leading engineering or industrial automation businesses, preferably in an ISO-certified environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, make data-driven decisions, and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
