Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at NexoraUGC will provide overall leadership, set the strategic direction, and oversee all major business functions, including finance, operations, sales, and long-term planning. This is a full-time, in office role based in Rohtak, requiring close collaboration with departmental leads and stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of organizational goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and communicating the company vision, monitoring performance against targets, making key investment and resource allocation decisions, and guiding business development efforts. The CEO will build and maintain relationships with clients,



partners, and investors, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, managing risk, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and representing the company in external meetings and events.

Qualifications

- Strong financial acumen with experience in Finance and Business Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to optimize processes and guide long-term growth.
- Demonstrated success in Sales and business development, with the ability to drive revenue and build strategic partnerships.
- Experience leading organizations in digital media, marketing, or content-focused industries is highly beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohtak and engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred.
