NKey Responsibilities

- Conduct live online Chess classes for children aged 5–15 years.

- Teach Chess fundamentals as well as advanced strategies based on the curriculum.

- Create an engaging and interactive learning workplace.
N
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and sportsmanship.
N
- Assess student progressand provide constructive feedback.
N
- Ensure high levels of student participation and retention.
N
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality for all scheduled classes.

nEligibility
n

- Strong knowledge of Chess fundamentals and strategy.
N
- Prior experience teaching Chess to children (online or offline) is preferred.
N
- FIDE rating, tournamentexperience,
or Chess certifications will be an added advantage.
N
- Excellent communicationskills in English.
N
- Passion for teaching young learners.
N
- Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and online teaching tools.

- Stable broadband internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended).
