Role Overview

We are looking for PhD Chemistry Experts to contribute to AI training and evaluation projects. The role involves creating, reviewing, and solving advanced chemistry problems while evaluating AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, reasoning, calculations, and clarity .

Key Responsibilities

- Create and review advanced chemistry problems and detailed solutions.
- Evaluate AI/LLM-generated chemistry responses for accuracy and scientific reasoning.
- Identify conceptual, computational, and factual errors in AI-generated outputs.
- Verify chemical equations, reactions, mechanisms, calculations, structures, and scientific explanations .
- Develop clear solutions, explanations, and evaluation criteria.




- Review and improve AI-generated responses according to defined quality guidelines.
- Work across areas such as Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Computational Chemistry .

Key Requirements

- PhD in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
- 3–8 years of relevant academic, research, teaching, or professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of advanced chemistry concepts and scientific methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently verify complex chemical problems and solutions.
- Solid written English and ability to explain scientific concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working with chemical notation, equations, structures, and LaTeX .
- Must be currently based in the United States and eligible for the project.
