Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing daily mise en place, monitoring inventory, minimizing food wastage, maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards, and coordinating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef for smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in Continental cuisine, solid cooking and leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
