Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services for our executives, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a robust commitment to punctuality, discretion, and exceptional customer service. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to vehicle maintenance, and the ability to navigate various routes efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently transport executives, clients, and guests to their destinations, including airports, meetings, events, and personal appointments.

- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic, weather, and road conditions.

- Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring it is always clean, fueled, and mechanically sound. This includes regular interior and exterior cleaning, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and scheduling routine maintenance.

- Assist passengers with luggage and other belongings,



ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.

- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding passengers and their activities.

- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating passenger needs and responding courteously and professionally to requests.

- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.

- Communicate effectively with dispatch or management regarding schedule changes, delays, or any issues encountered during transportation.

- Be available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel, as required.

- Possess a thorough knowledge of local and regional routes, landmarks, and alternative paths.

- Ensure all necessary items like water, tissues, and charging cables are available in the vehicle for passenger comfort.
