- Handle customer queries through chat/non-voice channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate candidates are eligible.
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Valuable communication and comprehension skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
- Willing to work from office in Whitefield.
- One-way cab facility for night shifts.
