We are hiring Chat Support Executives for a Domestic Chat Support Process. Candidates should have excellent written communication skills in English and the ability to understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions through chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat support.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally through written communication.
- Handle multiple customer conversations efficiently.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.
- Solid written communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working on computers and chat-based applications.
- Candidates with customer service, BPO, chat support, or back-office experience are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and typing skills can also apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at short notice are preferred.
Salary
₹18,000 per month (In-Hand)
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
