Customer Success Associate | Work from Office (Walk-in Interviews)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
- UG with 6 Month of BPO Exp
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory (no MTI/RTI/grammar issues)
Salary Range: Up to ₹32,000 CTC (based on last drawn)
Work Schedule:
- 5.5 days working
- Rotational shifts
Interview Mode: Face-to-face only .
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
