Role Summary:

We're hiring a Chartered Accountant to handle audits, taxation, and statutory compliance while supporting clients with accurate, timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits

- Prepare and finalize financial statements

- Manage Income Tax, GST, TDS filings and assessments

- Ensure ROC/MCA and other statutory compliance

- Support tax planning and advisory

- Review internal controls, recommend improvements

- Supervise article assistants/junior staff

Requirements:

- Qualified CA (ICAI)

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act, GST, Companies Act

- Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, tax filing software

- Good communication and client-handling skills

- High accuracy and attention to detail

- Local candidates (Roorkee) preferred
