About the Role

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team as an Assistant Manager – Finance. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in finance, accounting, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and MIS.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage reconciliations, payables, receivables, and financial controls.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, processes, and controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.





Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- 3–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Corporate/MNC experience will be an added advantage.

Compensation ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
