Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the company's financial accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, and financial control activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and timely statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, and other applicable returns.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis for management.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure proper compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of books of accounts.
- Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.




- Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and taxation.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing/trading organization will be preferred.
