Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Nagpur.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and oversight of accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budgeting analyses, while ensuring compliance with taxation laws, statutory requirements, and audit standards. The individual will coordinate with internal and external auditors, support tax planning and filings (direct and indirect), and review financial data for accuracy and completeness.

The Chartered

Accountant will also advise management on financial performance, cost optimization, risk management, and internal controls,



and may assist with financial modeling and forecasting for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership in the relevant professional body.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance (including tax, audit, and regulatory requirements).
- Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and cost control.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to interpret and apply tax laws, handle tax returns, and support direct and indirect tax compliance.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a high level of integrity in handling financial information.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in an on-site finance or accounting role; exposure to audit, consulting, or corporate finance is an advantage.
- Ability to work full time from Nagpur and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
