About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our newly expanding UK Accounting practice and work on a dedicated UK client FTE engagement.

The selected candidate will receive structured, hands-on training directly from the UK client, covering the client's accounting processes, systems, reporting requirements, and UK-specific accounting practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a CA looking to build expertise in UK accounting and work closely with an international client.

This role requires a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, financial reporting and analytical skills, along with the ability to learn and adapt to UK accounting practices and client-specific processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day UK accounting and bookkeeping activities as per client requirements.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and accounting schedules.
- Perform bank, balance sheet and other account reconciliations with a focus on accuracy.
- Support month-end/year-end closing, VAT, Corporation Tax and other UK accounting processes as applicable.
- Participate in structured training provided by the UK client and implement client-specific processes and SOPs.
- Coordinate professionally with UK-based clients/stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and deliver timely outputs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal controls and client-specific requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, analyze financial data and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of client financial information.





Required Skills & Competencies

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Strong fundamentals of accounting and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable command of MS Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently after completing the required training.
- Strong learning agility and willingness to develop expertise in UK accounting.
- Ability to work effectively with international clients and multicultural teams.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadline.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a qualified CA with strong accounting fundamentals, analytical ability and excellent communication skills, who is interested in building a long-term career in international accounting. We are particularly looking for someone who is curious, adaptable and willing to learn. Since the selected candidate will be trained directly by the UK client, prior UK accounting experience is not a prerequisite. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to understand complex accounting concepts; learn new processes quickly and independently execute responsibilities after training.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
